Staff are always friendly to me, always add extra pickles when I ask for it! Though when we order big platters for sporting events, the salads are a little yuck and cookies are rock hard!

all subway is good. but my roll was a bit squashed so maybe they could take more care when making the subs. but it tasted fine an the food was good quality so i dont mind

I love there italian herb rolls with the meat balls, I dont know subway make there subways but there fantastic and addictive with the south west sauce.

place is clean and tidy.customer service is excellent.food is quite fresh for a subway restaurant.definitely will go there again and recommend friends
I know it sounds petty, but when I go to Subway, I expect to get a sandwich the way I want it. I only want a few things on it--lettuce, pickles and black olives. The problem is the pickles. They wanted to charge me $.50 for more than 6 tiny pickles. ALL of the other Subways I've been to at least will allow me 8-10 pickles at no extra charge. I actually wrote a letter of complaint to the company headquarters, they refered it to the franchisee and she came back to me with a page-long letter, not apologizing--NO! Actually told me that Subway has a formula and that this formula had to be followed. I gave her one more time to redeem herself, but she just wouldn't budge. I will never give her another sent of my money. Stingy people don't work for me... Sorry! (I have the email if anyone would like to see it!)
