Did not receive my parcel, so cannot comment on the boots ordered. However, I accidentally used the incorrect postal address. I contacted Styletread, Star Track and Australia Post to rectify the issue 2 weeks ago, but have not received any support. Very disappointed in the lack of support and will think twice before placing another order with Styletread. What is even worse is that they moderated my review by not publishing it. Shame on you Styletread!

I ordered a pair of shoe, it arrived a day after, but it was too big, so had to send it back (with free return), and ordered another one (the right size now). Customer service is fast and helpful too.

Had a really good experience last year so put another order in last week. It arrived quickly enough but I decided to return the boots due to a poor fit, and that's when the headaches started.
First it was the courier not turning up on the nominated day. The customer service rep was helpful enough the first time I called, told me to drop off at my local Aust Post where it would be picked up at no cost to me. When I tried to do this Aust Post charged me and I had no choice but to pay because I thought arranging for another courier would be a dissapointment again.
When I called them again a different rep refused to reimburse me for the postage, quoting something like: the expense wasn't charged to their account so they can't send me any money. When I questioned this she backed down and offered a voucher, which I said wasn't fair because I don't want to buy from them again.
When I asked to be transfered to a manager she refused saying no one in the company can help me. Seemed to me more like no one in the company wanted to help me. I quickly realised I was fighting a loosing battle and gave up. Now I am waiting for the actual refund and god only knows how long that will take.
So a warning to everyone, it may look attractive having a 365 day free returns policy, but the actual process may be a nightmare you do not want to be a part of.
And if you ever have to deal with someone from their Customer Happiness Team, be prepared for someone who has had zero client service training and not interested in your happiness at all. The lack of professionalism and common curtesy was a real turn off.
I was trying a dress on in a clothing store, and loved the shoes they had to try on with clothes so you could see what heels look like with their clothing. I looked on styletread for a similar pair and found just the style and colour I was looking for. Originally priced at $229 I got them for $59! When I received them, they were fantastic - exactly what I was looking for and an absolute bargain. I will definitely be using them again.
Bought school shoes for my daughter. Quality was great. Delivery was free with easy instructions on how to exchange if necessary. First school shoes she hasn't complained about. Price was good, which is probably why I was able to get better quality than usual, hence her content.

I have bought shoes from styletread several times and have been very impressed with the speed of delivery and ease of returns. Prices are better than in store.
Online shoe store. Great website, can look for hours! Free delivery. If you are not happy no hassle returns. Free returns, pick up by courier, so simple & hassle free. Have a great range of shoes, boots, bags & acessories. If you have a question email them & they will respond pronto! As far as online shopping goes Styletread are excellent.
Fantastic shoe online store. I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived two days later. They looked exactly like the photo & was so impressed with the service. Have a excellent return/exchange policy including free postage.
Would highly recommend. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter as she couldn't decide which she preferred. She liked them both but were too small. I sent both back and reordered a larger size. Both orders arrived the day after I ordered and it was so easy to return. No postage or delivery fees. My daughter was absolutely ecastatic about her new shoes that none of her friends had.
Absolutely love the Dr Martens I got. I needed the shoes ungently for work so was pleased with the speedy delivery, ordered Monday arrived Wednesday and that was with the free shipping. The free returns convinced me and I'm glad, they have good deals and new brands added regularly.

StyleTread put the WOW factor back into shopping. First time at this business after shocking experience with Santini Online Shoes. I place an order on 08/05/2012 for 4 pairs of shoes. Today (09/05/2012) a knock at the door just after 1:30pm and it's my delivery. Thing is, I don't live in a Capital City, I live in a country town an hour's drive from Adelaide. StyleTread has been not only a wonderful, hassle free experience but they give sartorial service from start to finish - kudos Style Tread, your tops!

Hi Guys, after hearing about the hype and seeing the launch on TV I decided to checkout your range of Mens Timberland shoes..and guess what?..They are expensive..The factory outlet store in Smith St Collingwood Melbourne has Timberland starting from $100.00 and also the many American Shoe Sites like shoebuy.com are selling the the exact same pairs of Timberland for $99.00US free delivery..Not $219.00 as you have here..

Australians have been paying far too much for far too long on everything..I do my research and urge all others to do the same..You will have to look at your pricing if you want to be in the game for the long term..

I've used Styletread 3 times now and I basically can't fault them. They offer free delivery and free returns and when you place your order, you're able to track it while it's in transit, which rarely is longer than 2 days (I'm in Melbourne). They always have sales on and even if the shoes you like aren't on sale, eventually they are discounted!
Aside from the risk of getting the wrong size, this website is flawless, right down the wide range of brands.

Love this website. It allows you to shop by designer, size, price or style. Great for carrying designers you might not find in your local store. Always has sales and offers free delivery. Gotta love that!
