The website of this business makes strong statements about their friendliness, conversation, caring about your hair, and professionalism. The older woman with the sun-baked face who had asymmetrically cut short grey hair served me. I couldn't believe how much she was the opposite from the claims on the website. She screwed up her nose while commenting on how damaged my hair was and didn't display any courtesy whatsoever. When I asked her if she could get rid of the split ends on my hair, she just said 'no' emphatically and imperiously, "because there are so many of them". She spent literally about 5 minutes on my hair and then 'announced' it was done. If there was any reason for her to dislike me, I have absolutely no idea what it may have been. Regardless, obviously she didn't do a good job and was very unprofessional. What a rip-off. The funny thing is, there are lots of hairdressers in this area and if she behaves like she doesn't want customers, her business won't survive.
