Took 4K deposit and failed to turn up, the minuscule amount of work he did was substandard and had to be redone
Promised to pay back the deposit but never saw him again

Stuart did a tiling job for our company and we have had problems recently with flooding inside. He won't return calls or come to the site to inspect to fix his problem.
