I have worked with Steve on securing my visas in Australia since I landed here. Steve has always been easy to work with, great guidance through the entire process and always available to answer any/ all my questions. I would recommend going through Steve for any visa application.
Steve was incredible easy to work with and was always on the ball with what needed to be done. His communication was excellent and it was my most hassle free interaction with immigration in the 13 years of living in Australia and regularly dealing with the department. This was despite never meeting face to face and me living in Townsville, Qld, while he worked from Sydney. Could not recommend him enough. Just for the high level of duty of care and the definite value for money.
