I have personally not purchased from here yet but have been in many times car shopping and have always been met with friendly service. I thinks its good to buy an Aussie car so will keep our eye out their!!
I purchased a Focus from this dealership and similarly I had horror stories about Ford dealers, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't try and pull the wool over my eyes and showed my all my options so I could make an informed decision.
Great friendly staff who explain everything to you, warm welcoming environment. Refreshments available while waiting for service. Nice waiting room with up to date magazines, reasonable price
I purchased my first car about 2 years ago. I'd heard all the horror stories about all 'shady' used car dealers out there, but was pleasently suprised by my experiences with these guys. Their client service was great, having arranged to bring the car halfway across Melbourne for me to inspect and test drive, twice. They had no hesitation in discussing the history of the car and what work had been done to it. And they were very open to negotiation on the price. They even kept the place open till 7pm on a Friday night to allow me to fill out all the paperwork required.
