Amazing service. There were two guys who turned up on time. They took great care of my funiture, using padding for my fragile items. The move was done professionaly and quckly and I would absolutely use this company again.
The most affordable storage box in Sydney. Competitors could not come close. Friendly staff as well who are happy to answer all questions. Would definitely recommend.

I did quite a bit of research before selecting Storage Plus (Megabox) . Used the full premium Megabox service (ie a team of 2 load the truck).....best value overall I could find. Service so far excellent...all arrangements on time and easy. Their guys were excellent...friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend based on my experience to date.
Highly recommend this company. Easy move in process and the same moving out. They brought the box to my new property and Mark the driver was amazing! He made everything easy and assisted me moving the items out of the box. 10/10!
We stored our belongings with Storage Plus for 16 months. The service over that time could not be faulted. After depositing our pods, we accessed them a handful of times, and then had our household goods returned with a premium service. Mark (Azzam) collected our pods and also returned them - assisted capably by Sonny. Mark is such a professional and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness on both occasions. Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly, especially Nick who was so thorough as we worked out the logistics of having everything returned. We would recommend Storage Plus without hesitation.

Not recommended. They say on your quote “We’re so confident that we have the best mobile storage prices, we guarantee to beat any comparable quote from a competitor by 10%.” But when given a cheaper quote they refused to match or beat it. I contacted 5 times and they kept telling me they would get back to me tomorrow, but ghosted me.
No respect for a business that doesn’t keep its word.

Pointless looking elswhere, this is the best value storage in Sydney. Prices are reasonable, certainly cheaper than anywhere else for dollars per sq meter, and a wide range of sizes available from a bolthole to warehouse size. The facility's well kept, great, helpful staff, and easy access, even for large trucks. Unlike some of the large chains with uncaring operators and tiny, low ceilinged units with incredibly narrow corridor access, this place takes the stress out of putting stuff in storage and makes it easy to get everything sorted. Just be aware the rates do go up after six months or so, but that happens everywhere. Already recommended to a friend who's agreed with my assessment. Looked at a handful of other places beforehand, and there was no comparison.

From forklift to office to admin/accounts , the staff were ALWAYS accommodating and always followed through with any and every concern raised.
With them for over 2 years, they easily accommodated the contents of a 3.5tonne moving truck at very reasonable rates. This warehouse is mindblowing!
Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this crew and will definitely return when needed.
I'll include afew things to note for new customers which I wasnt aware of until after I had committed, and theyre not 'problems' per se, but you should be aware of them either way.
1) Take a battery powered light or two with you. I used 50w video lights for a unit which is literally the size of a 3.5tonne moving truck.
2) Ask staff for details about the location of your storage unit. This will help with where and how you position your vehicle inside the warehouse when loading. Be mindful of how the traffic flows with any particular vehicle, ie vans, cars, trucks or forklifts.
Ive had a moving van damaged while on site, which cost me over 3thousand dollars in hire van repair costs (it was insured too mind u).
3) Noting number 2, unit location.
When making your booking, check whether or not your storage unit is upstairs on the higher level.
If you are upstairs and have substantial goods, you WILL need a transport cage. This means that you WILL BE DOUBLE HANDLING YOUR GOODS.
This is how it works;
1) Drive in and find a safe spot to park.
2) Grab a massive wheeled transport cage and position it so as to load your goods into the cage. Watch for broken wires on the cages as protruding metal hurts like a mofo and can damage your goods.
3) Load the cage with your goods.
4) Once youre done loading you'll need a break, so head to the front office to ask reception to radio a forklift for you. Drinks are cheap and cold so take the opportunity to hydrate while youre there.
5) Forklift driver will pop around to the lift area and raise the cage to the upper level.
6) Manually wheel (push/pull) the now very heavy cage to your storage unit.
7) Once youre at your storage unit, you've reached round two of supersized tetris and its time to start offload again. The rest doesnt need explaination...
Now this isnt a problem if youre aware of it to begin with, and its not an issue if you can account for the additional time...
The costs of storage do reflect this caveat & the location and services in general balance out that inconvenience of added time...
Its really not so bad....
If youre looking for good secure stable service, without interruption and with solid accounting/admin in a convenient location, then I wouldn't hesitate to vouch for Storage Plus.
Ive also refereed friends and associates, and even wrote a review which youre reading right now, which is something I dont do often, so that should tell you something about these guys at least!!

I had been with Storage Plus in the Rosebery area years earlier, and recently needed affordable storage due to an unforeseen matter. I looked them up and was shown various sizes with Nick who knew exactly what he was talking about. Approachable, calm and highly professional.
