Stone Benchtops Direct

I do not recommend this company. There is nothing direct about Stone Benchtops Direct. They are purely a middle man taking a commission and palming off the work to the dodgiest stonemasons in Sydney. They will not stand by the quality of what is installed in your house.

We had a custom marble fireplace installed in our house that was dropped and cracked in half in the truck enroute to installation. The stonemasons glued it back together in the truck poorly, scratched it everywhere trying to polish out their poor repair works and refused to replace it.

Stone Benchtops Direct refused to remediate as you are now dealing directly with the random stonemason they sent to your house and they want nothing to do with you apart from admitting that they would not accept what was installed and telling you to follow up with the stonemason.

Avoid and deal directly with a stonemason you trust. Stone Benchtops “Direct” is a complete lie and false advertising.
