My husband and I rented a property from Stockdale & Leggo in a small country town whilst we were looking for a property to buy around this area of Victoria. The receptionist was good and always helpful with any enquiries and any administration work that needed to be done. The property manager and sales consultant were really "matter of fact" and it appeared it was "just a job to them". No caring or good customer skills at all. We would never deal with them again and would recommend a more caring organisation. Sometimes dealing with people from the country is not the friendly experience you may think it is. Similar to everywhere there a good ones and not so good ones.
