I've had two bad experiences with Stockdale and Leggo Moe.
Over 12 months ago I drove up from Melbourne for an appointment to look at a house. Graham met me on site and told me that he had signed a tenancy agreement and people were moving in at the end of the week, and might be there for 12 months. Quite a wasted trip from my point of view, he didn't even ask if there was anything else I might like to have a look at.
This week, I have a friend who purchased a unit in Moe, settlement is on the 15th ( two days from now) my friend is currently in hospital and so I'm am managing the move. My friend phone the office and explained the situation and asked if I could call into the office early and pick up the keys ahead of time and they said yes. So today I drove up from Melbourne with a car load of stuff, called into the office and was told, NO KEYS UNTIL THE !5th.
Happy to take the money for an easy CASH sale, but no friendly service.
There are plenty of agents in MOE so my advice stay away from Stockdale and Leggo.

they are great and helpful while i was looking for somewere to rent. While i was looking for a new rental property they were willing to come out to houses with me and helped alot.
