Terrible service, never hire this guy

Booked an exit bond clean with Alan and was appalled by how he left the house. I didnt realise that it was just himself doing the entire clean - 1 person can not do a correct bond clean in 1 day in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms!!! Tiled floors were not cleaned and had boot marks throughout the house, door handles and light switches weren't wiped over, walls weren't spot cleaned, cupboard doors above stove weren't cleaned, kitchen bench had white residue all over it and don't even get me started on the bathrooms and laundry! Would not recommend! Called Alan to get him back asap as the next tenants were moving in and he wasn't available to come back and fix it until after the new tenants were in, and then proceeded to say that he would not go in and clean once tenants were there. I asked for a partial refund as he did not complete the service and I have still not heard from him. Honestly the worst bond cleaner I have ever had. Would not recommend!

Katie , you obviously dont tell the truth. Yes you contacted me and advised of issues however you advised that they had already moved in.
I have been doing this for 10 years now and it is quite possible to do a four bed 2 bath house in one day.
Had you provided appropriate notice, I would have corrected the issues but given you had a carpet cleaner after me, the footprints you refer to could be from them.
You also claimed that the carpets had not been cleaned and nothing is further from the truth as they were covered in dog hair. I dug the pet hair from all the edges and the carpet cleaner used and industrial vacuum cleaner on all carpets before steam cleaning. There was excessive dog hair all over the carpeted areas

Yes I would. He did a good rental clean and while there were a few minor details to be fixed, he came back promptly the next day to do then. I recommend Alan... nice guy and he did a good job.
