After speaking to one of the girls in the office to book the appointment and then to confirm it the day prior, I thought to myself "wow here is an organised and customer focussed business". An hour and a half before my appointment time, another lady called back and basically told me that due to more important issues, the tradesperson scheduled to attend could not. I attempted to rebook but she pretty much went on to say there was no point in the tradesman coming to look at what I needed them to look at (backyard lighting) and that they get a lot of time wasters and she was trying to avoid me having to pay a call fee. Frustrated and a bit cross at this point, I told her if it was too hard, I would get another company to complete the work and pay them instead. Certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope they never struggle for work and rely on us little people to keep their business afloat.
