As I have not seen the work yet because i am still in NSW awating border to open so that we can move. The communication was excelent and so was the time it took for the work to be completted. Great price.

Dealing with Ben Morris and his team was nothing but easy, professional and hassle free - With all the providers on the market - I found Starline Security to be the cheapest for the particular product I was looking for (marine grade stainless mesh). There were some (unknown?) scratch marks on the security screen door upon install - to which Ben did not hesitate to have the marked piece replaced at no additional charge. Very happy and I will use this product again in future on any of my properties. Well done Starline Security

Got quotes from a number of suppliers for security screens for all of our doors and windows. While Starline Security were not the cheapest they provided the best value. The product was delivered earlier than estimated and fitted perfectly by Harley. Great product and excellent service.

Ben and his team at Starline Security looked after me from the first phone call right up to months after the initial install. My experience with them has been fantastic as they communicate professionally and are prompt with their responses. Their pricing was super competitive as well. Special mention to Hale (Head Installer) who received the task of inspecting my screens and shutters installed by a subbie. I was captured by his works that he needed more time to ensure "the screens had been installed properly because Starline owes it to me as a customer." I cannot be happier to have chosen Starline Security for my shutters and screens.

Ben was very helpful. Turned up on time and was very polite. Kept us informed every step. The quote was about the same as 2 other quotes we got, but the other 2 artificially inflated the price then gave us a 'discount' to end up at about the same price. I thought this was a bit disingenuous so I went with Starline because they seemed more honest. The end result is lovely and they are all well fitted. Certainly recommend this company.
