Stardot Technology

Promising at first, customer service friendly. Needed new video card (supplied by myself) installed as it did not work on self install. Initial deposit paid $55 with the understanding that if things were not straight forward I would receive a phone call and quote as issue may have been due to a faulty power supply, which I would happy been happy to pay for if that was the cause.. Surprised then to be charged an extra $110 on collection for them updating BIOS and malware removal with no phone call advising this would be the case . Place was highly recommended but my experience sadly disappointing, also keys to lock hard drive missing when collected only realised when I got it home so I will have to phone and see if they have them. Paid for work as it was done but sorry to say I certainly won't be returning for any other services.

Absolutely great place! they were able to help me with my computer problems and gave me some great advice on making sure It didn't happen again. They have a wide range of equipment at affordable prices and the customer service is defiantly a 10/10

Stardot are the best thing to happen locally! We used to have to go quite a way to get a really good deal on computer related hardware, with knowledgeable people working there, but Stardot definitely fills that gap!

I had a hard drive failing so did a Google search. I came up with Stardot which was the cheapest for the one that I wanted. I ordered online on Sunday night and it was delivered to my door 9am Tuesday.
Great service and fast delivery. These people understand service. Will be keeping their name for future needs.

My son's laptop was running slowly so we took it to StarDot to have a look at. The staff were so friendly, took it for repair and helped us find an antivirus that would prevent the problem from happening in the future. We got it back the next day running perfectly!! Would definitely recommend StarDot to anyone with a sick computer!

I had recently purchased a new HP Officejet 6700 Premium printer which developed a fault shortly after. I returned to Stardot who promptly and without question replaced the item. They were extremely helpful and considerate and trusted me on my word as I could not provide the original receipt. I will pass on their quality of service and my rating to others and will return to Stardot for future computer needs.

I was having trouble sourcing some older computer equipment but Stardot had it. Really prompt and thoughtful service with such a friendly, almost personal approach. I will certainly look to Stardot for any of my further office needs.

Stardot technology was a teriffic find. It has all my technology needs from computers to cables to printers and what I liked most about it when I went there was everything was easy to find. The guy who served me was very helpful. I was on a mission to get some more storage for my camera and also my new smart phone. What I found was the prices varied so much from shop to shop and getting a good price seemed very difficult. Then I found this place they were at least 20 bucks cheaper on the memory card I wanted and that was just the start, the prices on everything were just that bit cheaper. The downside to this great place was that its located in the worst place possible, a very, very busy road. But that's the only downside I can find. I'd also like to single out their website, whilst I haven't purchased anything directly off it yet, it seems pretty easy to use and everything is easy to see. If you are a technology buff or just want a good deal, worth checking this one out.
