After a nasty accident in our home, we used Stainbusters Ballarat 3359 (Corey) to clean up our carpets and tiles. Corey was very helpful and helped us beyond the call of duty at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Corey did an amazing job. His price is fantastic along with his work, manner and attitude. Nothing was to much trouble and I only asked for carpets to be done and on arrival also asked for chairs to be cleaned. Cory is outstanding. Prompt. Thorough. And really, really good at his job. We have had both the tiles sealed and carpets cleaned and would highly recommend both these services. Recently I had all the tiles in my house cleaned before an open house, Stain Busters Cleaning Ballarat did an Amazing job of the house in all tiled areas (including front entrance, open plan living, kitchen, bathroom & laundry) the tiles came up as new and grout came up really clean.
Stain Busters also came back to fix a stain around the edges in the ensuite which came up great.
Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to refresh their homes look.

I had the Corey from Stain Busters Ballarat come out and professionally clean my cream pure wool carpets as they needed freshening up and some stains that were there prior to moving in (as we took over a lease) needed to be removed as I and my husband have now vacated the premises. Corey does a very good job and it very friendly, I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs and I will be surely having him again to freshen up the carpets in my new place when they need to be done. My mum also was impressed and will be having him come out after christmas. Corey did a fantastic job on very grubby rugs and furniture - they came up like new. I was extremely impressed with Corey's knowledge and attention to detail, but almost the best thing is his reliability. I took the afternoon off work to have the cleaning done, half expecting a no-show. We live out-of-town, and many tradies/services are very late or don't turn up. Corey confirmed by text that he was coming 24hr before the appointment, and then was punctual to the minute. Fantastic service!
