I absolutely love this place! I went in on a recommendation from a friend and my only regret was not taking her advice sooner. The lovely Leelah worked absolute miracles on my skin in just one session and I could not be happier with the results. I had a photoshoot with a bevy of beautiful (much younger!) girls coming up so I booked in a deluxe microdermabrasion and LED treatment the week prior and my skin has never looked or felt so good. Leelah is knowledgeable & professional yet relaxed and personable. Soothing music, immaculate service, a fresh warm blanket & comfortable bed; I was nearly asleep by the end of my treatment. She even did my make up for me before leaving so I could go back to work looking as good as I felt. Will definitely be back and could not recommend more highly. See you soon Leelah! Thank you!

Totally Skin and Beauty is amazing! They have worked wonders for my skin and I can't thank them enough, especially Leelah who is the most lovely, caring person I have met! Not only are they great at what they do, they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and great to chat to! 100% recommend a visit for anything as small as a wax or nails done to getting your hair done or a total skin transformation! The salon is beautifully decorated, always clean and smells wonderful!
I have just had a wonderful facial by Leelah of Total Skin and Beauty, Flinders Lane Melbourne. She is so caring and helpful and I felt totally pampered. I have had many facials but this one has to be up there with the very best. All the staff were friendly and made me feel extra special. A highlight of my week in Melbourne.

Amy is the best waxer in Melbourne. She is so calm & makes you feel so at ease. I have never had personal waxing that barley hurts. She is brilliant!!!
I had a microdermabrasion with Maryan last night. She was knowledgeable and highly qualified. She recommended some great products for my skin without pushing me to buy things. She gave me some samples to try. My skin is a bit of a disaster at the moment but Im happy to have found someone who knows what they are talking about and I trust that the treatment regime she has provided to me will have my skin looking lovely again in a few weeks time. My hairdresser moved out of Melbourne so I was nervous about who to allow to do my blonde. I had an amazing experience at Salon Matisse. I loved my blonde too and will definitely go back.

I have only been here one time, about a month ago, because I live outside of Melbourne, but I am happy to give a recommendation based on my experience. I needed my eyebrows shaped and my lashes tinted, and in I came. Well, I was treated like I was someone important and I loved it.

Walking in to the Fitzroy St Salon you are overwhelmed with a sense of luxury. However the welcoming smile and chatter of the staff instantly relaxes. The reason for my visit was to drastically change my look by going from Brunette to Blonde, which is a very scary experience for one who does not understand the dynamics of hair. However the extremely experience colour technician immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. My trust was rewarded when I saw my new look in the mirror and the blonde looked incredibly natural, an enormously difficult thing for any hairdresser to achieve on a first time blonde. My experience was toped off when at the end of my time there I was told the price. I probably would have paid anything considering how happy I was with my whole experience; however the cost was very affordable, in fact cheaper than most salons I have been to. And since I have never had so many remarks on my hair.

My experience was a very pleasurable one, i was so happy with the end result of my cut and colour, i will never go to another salon again. The complimentary glass of wine and warm engaging conversation made my visit more like a day out with friends than just sitting in a salon like a number.
Im very excited i finally found a hairstylist that actually cares, i had my hair styled cut and blowaved, the cut is fantastic and being in the salon for the first time i felt like i had known them for years they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me i was recomended through a friend and ill be going back to salon matisse , ive had so many people coment on my hair.
My experience here has been amazing the owner of the salon did a full head of bonde highlights and a cut and blowdry, i must say its the best color and cut ive ever had she knew exactly what i wanted and im so excited because ive been to so many salons and this is the first time i have ever been happy!! so greatful i came to salon matisse
