Spring Gully General Store

The Spring Gully General Store Cafe is actually located in the old original General Store building.

When I went there the cafe the fairy busy with people filling up the seating areas out the front, inside the cafe, and in the courtyard area out the back. In the courtyard area they have garden planters where they grow their own herbs and some vegies.

I was seated quite quickly and my order taken soon afterwards. The waiter that served me was polite but didn't really smile or interact much other than taking our orders. The meals were served within an expected time frame however it took a very long time for our hot drinks to be brought out.

The food is a little bit pricey, the meal portions are good - not over sized but not too small either. The menu has lots of healthy, organic, gluten free and vegetarian menu options. There are also lots of freshly baked cakes/muffins/slices available.

I believe that the cafe is owned by the same person who owns the Corner Store Cafe.
