That store is very disorganised. Very untidy and everything out of place. You can’t find anything. I went and asked to find a broom and I couldn’t find them anywhere. No one to help you. They should get themselves more organised and employ more staff for assistance to the customers that is a very absolute unorganised talk. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go shop there.
SPOTLIGHT Preston - is by far the Worst Spotlight I have ever been too. it is like a junk site! so messy, spilling on to the floor, boxes, mess, stock unpacked, trolleys in walkways. it is like a herd of bulls tore through the store. absolutely filthy, dirty store!!! no customer service. it was appalling. go visit spotlights in the Eastern suburbs and take notes !
I was at the spotlight store , at the furnishing fabric section.There was only one person serving ,I waited for a while the staff member called for help but no one came.By this time there were 6 other people waiting.It was Sunday the 26th of June.Why wasn’t there more staff working?
