Huge range of items, I've bought ready made, good quality curtains as well as cushions and quilt covers. There's always specials to look out for. Sometimes it'd difficult to get staff to help you as they always seem busy at the counter and are not available if you need advice and help. I needed advice with fabric but waited too long for someone to help so I walked out. The staff are friendly but sometimes the place is understaffed it seems.
Customer Services isn't that great, no-one offers to help you and you have to chase after people to get any help.
I asked for samples of some of fabrics, and they gave me tiny little 2cm squares then taped them wrong-side up of the sample card. Went to another store afterwards and they gave me 10cm strips right-side up and it was a much better experience.
This store is huge and can be very useful for all your sewing/ cooking/ homewares needs. But they can be overpriced. Look out for bargains and reduced items to help your dollar stretch further.
My second home! I love browsing and buying here, as there's always a really wide range of craft and home-wares (china, bedding, curtaining, decorating items...) to choose from. Spotlight is great for value-for-money purchases in every department, and they offer craft classes for adults and children. VIP membership (free) gives extra discount on every purchase and puts members in regular draws for big prizes - plenty of incentives to be a loyal customer. Store is always attractive, inviting and clean and staff do their utmost to keep it tidy; they are often so busy, not everything can be re-shelved till the end of the day. Staff are all willing and cheerful, helpful and pleasant in my experiences here.
This is a good shop, clean and well stocked. The selection of goods is good and the prices are good also. I have always found the staff helpful and when I pay ther is not usually much of a queue at the checkout. I go to this shop a lot
