I found that they have problems with timing. When I came a bit earlier appointed time, I tried to stay in reception room waiting quietly, and received absolutely chilling and rude inquiry: Who are you? I need to know who are you? what are you doing there? I think your appointment is at 5. I explained that they appointed this time by themselves (they had a session with kid at that moment). Usually all specialists have only couple of names to remember for the next couple of hours of upcoming appointments and they all do it perfectly. I was only one woman with pram and child in it, was it really difficult to remember last 2 appointments for the day? Then staff arrived to speak with me. Staff said they had to cancel some other sessions with someone else for 5 pm just because I insisted so much (if you remember staff had said it was session with me at 5 pm some minutes ago, if not, how they appointed someone else to this time, if I had appointment 4:45 and it was first "long appointment" assessment (their words). Then staff demanded to sign up payment of 10-8 sessions in advance, which i couldn't agree, because staff was first better start provider, who practiced it in my experience, normally you just sign after every fulfilled session. And when after 10 min of asking same details I provided them via e-mail (DOB of child, parents name, centerlink number) I decided to withdraw my child from that staff named as swimming pool, staff demanded $120 as compensation fee for "non-show" or "cancelled appointment" case. I argued. Finally, I have signed $120 for 10 min assessment. But now I am happy I won't be obligated to see this staff again by my signed payment agreement. People , speak out, there must be a limit of rudeness by "specialists".
