Customer service was courteous & outstanding. I was kept up to date with the progress and the repair was finished a little earlier than initial estimate. The quality of the repair was excellent - a couple of minor things were repaired without charge.

My car was towed there to get a quotation for repairs. Owner called me and suggested I take my car to get quotes from my Insurance Repairer as he suggested it was close to being a "write off". When I questioned him about the repairs, he said they didn't look under the car just from looking on the outside. They advertise themselves as having a reputation of being Melbourne's Most Prestigious Panel Beaters. Well let me tell you they couldn't even be bothered fixing my car, probably wasn't prestigious enough being a little mazda and not a jag, or renault or subaru. Save your time and money guys, they cant be bothered with the little people. Never ever will I recommend these guys to anyone. P.S Car repairs were NOT a write off at all, obviously just could not be bothered.
