Went in for my daughters eye test, loved the customer service we received. Waqar was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended
Worst staff! DEANNA is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She might not be as educated but she needs to have some knowledge of customer service. Made me wait 30min, rescheduled for a day later as not enough time left and next day told me they can't see me as I'm 10min late, that too after making me wait at the gate for 10min! She said I remember you waited 30min but sorry we run on a SCHEDULE - YOU CLEARLY DON'T!! Do yourself a favour and go to a store that can handle educated professionals and don't employ such big time losers!
VERY impressed with the level of service provided by Specsavers Epping, recently I had a full eye exam and they were wonderful, providing me with all the imformation needed, very thorough and caring, 10 days later...2 new pairs of very fashionable new glasses..I can SEE..All the staff were very helpful and very friendly..I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

We found Spec savers by accident of really by luck, we were going to book at another place but they could not fit us in. Spec savers saw us instantly and with a health fund rebate we walked out of the store with two wonderful set of glasses.
