I bought two pairs of glasses, one for reading and the other for long distance. One of the lenses in the long distance glasses kept falling out. I took them back and the lady glued the lens in. She said if it happens again to bring them back and they will send them away, which they did. However, the wrong prescription was made up and I received another set of reading glasses. I told the young lady attending me that they were the wrong glasses. After some time convincing her they were the wrong glasses, they were sent back to have the right glasses made up. Needless to say, I will not be getting my glasses through SpecSavers again.
