Decent service. Found the shop a little crowded and loud however I enjoyed the conversation with the staff.
I was very happy with the service at Specsavers Loganholme. The staff really helped choose the right frame when I had no idea what to look for. The prices are very good and the glasses are still in great condition 12 months later.

I've been to Spec Savers Loganholme many times now and have always found them to be friendly, cooperative and professional. They also offer a good range of quality eyewear and with my MBF Health Fund Coverage, I only paid $150. That was for one pair of sunnies and one normal pair with the special coatings. It was brilliant value. Thanks Spec Savers!

I went to Spec Savers to see what all the fuss was about. Yes I did get 2 paris of glasses with minimal out of pocket expense from my health fund. However, if I wanted a better quality lens with a coating for reflections I had to pay extra.(however to be fair most places I have got a quote from also do this) My test was okay, but the lenses that I looked through to see if I needed reading glasses, were dirty and smudged. I also felt that the test was only to see if I needed glasses. Relatives have experienced more than that elsewhere so I guess I expected more. When it came time to choose my frame, I was pretty much left to do it myself, as the store was too busy. When it came to talking about the lenses, the lady was too tired and even told me that she had been up all night partying. It was a bit disappointing.
Awesome staff. My contact lenses were not in store on time for a wedding so they fixed the problem and gave me a temp pair for nothing. Fantastic service couldn't be happier. My lenses arrived the following day (the day of the wedding) even though I couldn't get in they still called to tell me and even wished my luck for they day. Sel was fantastic, nice to be remembered too.
Great deal for people with MBF optical insurance. My partner and I both got 2 pairs of glasses for a total of $50 out of pocket. The staff are efficient and helpful and welcoming. Easy to get an appointment to see the optometrist.
Having had several attempts at other stores to get correct lenses for my new glasses, I happened upon SpecSavers during a shopping trip to Loganholme. I explained all the difficulties I had been having. They contacted the other optom. store, then arranged for me to have new complimentary tests then arranged for my new correct lenses to be made. All the while I was treated with the utmost respect and comfort
