I'm going through a cancer treatment that won't allow me have most dental works for the next 3 years other than check ups, as they could cause serious effects when combined with my treatment. I only used Smile once to do 1 of my dental works before started the treatment. Then they auto renewed for a year without sending a reminder, not even in my junk mail. I explained in detail why I don't need a cover, and I didn't receive a renewal reminder or even a confirmation of renewal. They rejected a refund. It's disgusting they didn't exempt my situation

The worst experience ever. They are like a scam company. DON'T JOIN!
They automatically charged me the renewal fee without my consent or informing me. They did not even send any invoices. I only found out about that 6 months after without using the cover at all. They refused to process the refund by using their terms and conditions balabalabala.... Just bullshit.

is an excellent value for money service. I've already saved $$$$ on my first visit to one of the best dentists ever. The discounts off my invoice have already paid for my first year's annual fee.
The app is very easy to use and with plenty of incentives to continue membership. Very glad I joined up!

Don’t do it you won’t be smiling when they bill your credit card without authorisation,I then asked for refund & had to chat online as they don’t have a phone number so that’s warning enough,asked for refund & they kept $25 for admin|cancelation fee although they illegally billed me

Good dental cover for a whole family

Worthwhile spending for the whole family. Every member gets discounted dental treatments. Only problem is I know smile to late.

I joined smile at the end of last year as I went in for a general check up and found that I needed a lot of work done sadly but the lady behind the front desk asked me if I had private help which I replied no and she said try Smile you will save so much money so I went home and signed up with them immediately which only 15minutes to do and I have saving heaps of money since.

Smiles is worth the membership. We nearly got our 2-year family fee back in saving from just 1 visit to our dentist.

I wouldn't recommend them and highly question the veracity of some of their endorsers on their site.

Glad I took the plunge! I was so sceptical at first about this, but then my dentist agreed that yes it’d be a good idea for me and my dental needs, and my dentist just happens to be a preferred dentist for smile conveniently, now I’m so very glad that I decided to do it after all! Well worth it.

Do not use this scam company. My renewal went to my spam folder so I didn't have a chance to cancel it. They automatically renewed my policy without my authority and refuse to cancel with days of the renewal date. I only found out it had been renewed as my bank statement came thru a few days later. Keep away!

I have always feared dentists and dental nurses since a young age, hence my hesitance and possibly bad oral health.
Now that I am older and need all the teeth I have left I decided to join SMILE.COM.AU. Since joining two months ago I have not looked back. I have located a Smile dentist who took care of me very well that I will be returning every time I am in Perth.

My new Dentist was very professional and I was very relaxed. She was non judgemental and took care of my anxiety and fear.

She went the extra distance to arrange an early second appointment for me.

Then there was the cost of the Services. I have Private Medical Insurance which is a bonus, then a second bonus with SMILE.Com. Thank you so much. Because of that I will surely return to Dr Carmen and recommend her to anyone who has experienced trauma from childhood, for me it was the school the dental nurse.

I have a new respect for the profession and believe that techniques and pain relief are so advanced and I now understand the cost of equipment and supplies needed to serve the patient are nothing but the highest quality.

I recommend Dentacare as they offer better discounts and publish a full list of their prices. Smile also makes it very difficult to get a refund so be careful before subscribing.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, as I just wasn't able to afford it. I've also always been very afraid of the paid.
The dentist put all my anxiety to rest, and it was the best dental care I have ever received.
I am so happy that I decided to join this program. It has helped so much with the price.

Having smile makes going to the dentist so much cheaper. After struggling for very many years I can now afford to get my teeth looking perfect. Only downside is I can't include my grown up children cause they are over 25. We have to create separate plans for them, but we all did get a free month so that was a plus. Will tell my friends about it.

They responded quickly once they saw a negative review. They asked me to remove the negative review. I said I would once I see proof of what they promised to do. In response, they cancelled my membership knowing I have treatment coming up in June, and leaving me uncovered.

My husband died (which they know about), leaving me in a difficult financial situation. This is how Smile solve problems - they get rid of customers, rather than taking responsibility and solving problems.

Plan was not utilised for almost 2 years; Automatic renewal came into effect and I was billed against my will - instantly.
Immediately called them, but customer service reps insisted I pay for an additional year, despite my repeated request to get out of the program.

My family joined last year so that we could make sure to go to the dentist every 6 months without paying the hefty fees. So glad that we did, our local Smile dentist is fantastic and the savings have been enormous!

smile.com.au has saved me money in the past and is great if you don't have private health and extras insurance. You can also save if like me you have private extras as their listed dentists generally charge less. I've used this plan twice for root canal treatment and have saved hundreds of dollars, well worth while for families. They review the dental fees every year in Australia to determine the best savings you can get.

I'm glad I read all the reviews on smile.com.au before joining. I'm pleased to visit the dentist in Subiaco - very professional and they explained the fees and the savings I had. smile.com.au is new to australia... it's a dental plan you can use with dental insurance.

It was a great experience. The dentist was so kind, gentle and friendly. When i went to get a gold cap for my wisdom tooth i had an appointment and it took no longer than an hour to send the cap sorta plan thing. Then the next month i went there again for the cap to be placed and the dentist was again so kind, gentle and friendly.

This is a dental plan service that we came across that saves you money - no health insurance need and they have Dentists all around Australia . We worked out that you save more money than some of the Health Insurance plans : ) We just love it - Take a look if you need to use a Dentist : )

Seriously, I can't believe the savings made available with Noble Dentist. I even switched dentists to take advantage of the savings and won't be going back to my old one.

I paid $99 for 1-year's membership for my family and already received benefits to greater than the value I paid.

It's available immediately (no waiting periods) and all the pricing can be viewed on the Noble Dentist website.

It's simply not worth paying full price at any dentist who doesn't subscribe to Noble Dentist. Oh and by the way, you still get to claim on your health fund as well. WIN!!
