When was your business founded?

2013. Originally part of a national franchise, and in 2026 we have separated and gone out on our own.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

Full time since 2013 (2012 for our Gold Coast branch). We consider ourselves highly experienced in the industry, are family owned and operated with unmatched care and constantly striving to offer the highest quality service to all of our customers.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Storage is typically month by month. We have optional pick up services (including full service where we do all the lifting and loading for you) which are fixed fees provided we can complete within set time frames. If access is tricky (stairs, basements, elevators etc) we may need to allow for extra time.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Our service offering is different to traditional moving and storage where you have to double handle your belongings. Sometimes the biggest hurdle for us is explaining the difference and benefits of our mobile service offering (as people generally do not have mobile storage in mind when first enquiring) - once the penny clicks and customers choose us and see our team and system in action, they're very grateful we were able to simplify what can be a stressful time in most peoples lives (moving house). Getting great, unsolicited feedback from our clients would be my favourite thing about the job.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Storage is due monthly, in advance. We offer 7 day payment terms generally. Alternative payment plans can be arranged if required and reasonable.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Locally owned and operated with heavy owner involvement. We care from start to finish. We offer both mobile storage and self storage options which none of our competitors offer either.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

20M public liability, ISR policy, goods in transit policy.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Generally 1-2 weeks notice period required. Faster turnaround times are subject to availability.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

We are currently running a first month free offer for our mobile storage product when you need storage for longer than 6 months. Yes the higher volume needed, the cheaper each storage module becomes - please get in touch to arrange a quote.
