We bought a flatpack kitchen from them. We provided measurements and told them it was our first time renovating and needed as many tips as possible... we provided the exact measurments we needed. What ended up happening is some of the items we ordered (custom made benchtop, pantry door, breakfast island back) where larger than the sizes we had asked for so we had to cut it down ourselves because the items were about 2 weeks late. Then our splashbacks were about 3months late... when they arrived they were the wrong colour, it took about another month (we were told 5business days). They didn't offer us any discount for the inconvenience and said that it was our fault for not knowing that some things came oversized... even though they ad us sign off on the EXACT measurements we wanted. The quality was good but there were hidden costs and the service wasn't good at all.
I would not use them again
