Poor customer service, waiting on a refund for over 6 months, no one is responding to my emails.
The phone I ordered arrived 3 months late. I attempted to cancel the order as it had not even been posted one month after ordering. The phone was eventually posted and received 3 months later. I am still waiting for my refund - its been 6 months now. Service agents routinley stop responding to my email. I do not trust this seller.

These guys are scammers. Don’t believe reviews here.

I ordered phone and they keep saying phone is coming and it’s been a month and asked for refunds and crickets.

Do your research and see they scam lots of customers. My credit card company are now chasing the refund.

Ordered the item on Australian website, paid $320 for a phone, which they promised to deliver in 6 business days. BTW, you then get charged extra $10 by your bank, because this is a foreign transaction (which the site does not make clear, it pretends to be Australian).

A month later - nothing. Followed up 3 weeks later - they gave me an invalid tracking number. Tried to follow up again: the phone (a call to the UK, no Australian contact numbers) says that they can't answer (busy "due to COVID", as if COVID only happened yesterday), the chat is on the permanent "support is away" (during working day and working hours - both Australian and UK), no answers to any emails. They take your money and run.

After a week of trying to follow up and at least get the dates for the delivery or a refund, had to launch a FRADULENT TRANSACTION case with my bank. Do you want this sort of experience?

Firstly be aware that Smart Cellular are not situated in Australia. They are based on the Uk and if you are buying a phone it will come from the UK.
They promise delivery within 3-5 working days. I became a alarmed when nothing happened with my order after 4 working days and there was no response to my emails. There is no customer service, all on line chat and emails are by automated response.
I am seeking a refund, if Smart Cellular act promptly I will change my review. People need to know who they are dealing with.
