Would highly recommend this company, from start to finish the communication was excellent, the work was first class and the whole team were very efficient, roof restoration and solar installed, very smooth and hassle free

It might have taken a while from whoa to go... but we made it 8 months later... The unavoidable delays around weather, personnel, tradies and covid at least the open communication lines were in place. And we are pleased to say we are very happy with the end result. :)

Very impressed with the work Smartowners did on our roof. Within three days our tired grey roof with several broken tiles was completely transformed! Thank you for the advice on the colour scheme, it brought the right feel for us!

Smartowners were prompt and efficient.
They came exactly when they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner, and left our house as they found it.
There was no rubbish left, no old screens left, just perfect new security screens that have taken years off our 33 year old home!
This was a very positive experience and the staff were wonderful!

I cannot recommend Paul from Smart roofing highly enough. He came out and did the free roof inspection at the appointed time and explained to me what the problem was and how to fix it clearly and simply.

Normally wouldn't leave a review but Smart Owners and in particular employees Paul and Mick were fantastic to deal with. Had tile roof cleaned, fixed and painted. Everything was easy and straightforward. Price suited me and job completed within time and budget. Happy to recommend!

They were fantastic, quick service (within a few days, despite the job not being overly urgent) and friendly, quick and affordable service. Had our gutters cleaned out, and they will be coming back to put some gutter guard in the future too! Thanks guys!
