Ripped off with my door repair. They had a promotion for 30% off, it was never put on the invoice and silly me paid it before i recieved it. I tried emailing a number of times with no response, finally got through on the phone and he stated it gets discounted but it doesn't show it on the invoice. Pure scam.

I paid over $1,000 for them to do work at my home including replacing two locks. Within 2 weeks both locks stopped working and keys would not open. I have called and texted MULTIPLE times and get no response. I am extrememly upset. I've been texting and caling him constantly since 13 January and its is now beginning of April. Disgraceful!

Would give it -5 if I could, extremely unprofessional no response to your calls messages, did a sham job for fixing the lock lock came loose in two months wouldn't come back to fix it. STAY AWAY you have been warned..

I had a great experience with both gaining a quote online, and then with their service. The cost of the repair was fair, and the service was great. I’d put off getting a security door fixed, to the degree that we didn’t use it for fear of damaging the door frame. Mark was able to come out and fix it the same day. Very happy.

The job they did was not satisfactory at all. They refused to come back and said there is no warranty and I would have to pay again.

I cannot fault the workmanship of this business. For well over a year, I have struggled with a sliding glass door that didn't slide very well any more. One quick trip from Slide Easy, and the door really does slide easily. I thought what I paid was very reasonable, especially since Slide Easy have restored access through my sliding door.
