Always late, rude staff, pretty hopeless. If you need to call them… well good luck. No one answers the phone. All good just talk to them when you go to check in…. Ummm nope, NO ONE THERE. It’s at the point where I need to buy an AirBNB in Townville for all the flights cancelled at the last second or the pilot can’t land because it’s windy. I would honestly give 0/5 stars, but I can’t, so I give you a one.

I have used Skytrans both on their commercial and charter services and cannot really fault them.
They provide a better in flight service (meal) and entertainment than other companies such as Qantaslink who provice an apple or cookie and no entertainment. They normally play a movie with bluetooth headsets which also have music.
Only downfalls, no alcohol on board (either carry or served) and slowish type of aircraft which is what you would expect anyway with a regional carrier.
