Purchased a brand new iPhone which even at the time of writing this post shows as in stock, however after several attempts to contact customer service to find out if my phone had been dispatched I was advised the phone was out of stock and they needed to wait for more stock from overseas to arrive. I requested a cancellation of my order and refund but they have not been much assistance with that either. Do not trust this company
Took my money and then didn't post my phone. I'm still fighting to get a refund 3 weeks later. Abosolutely useless clowns. Avoid these frauds and scammers.
Purchased a series 5 iwatch with gold edge received a phone call saying out of stock I asked for a refund. I received a Iwatch in the mail from skyphonez silver I was told to return the watch for a refund I did as requested but 2 months later never received a refund. Skyphonez lied to PayPal and told them to close the case which PayPal did. So fraudulent don’t use.

Purchased a Samsung watch 4 40mm LTE through MyDeal and was told they had delays in dispatch due to covid and the team would get back to me. One month on and still getting emails passing blame and promising the product. I've asked for a full refund and again they evade. SCAMMERS taking innocent people's money, DO NOT fall into my trap.

Absolute scam. I bought a refurbished Apple Watch Series 5 (via a listing on Ozsale), before quickly realising they were planning to send me the wrong colour. Could have been an honest mistake, so I reached out and let them know. Then it began...
It took 3 days to hear back, and they said the colour I ordered was sold out, but they could get me a different one in "Good" condition. I'd ordered "excellent" condition. So I refused.
Over literally the next month, I tried to reach them, usually unsuccessfully. Their messaging service went unanswered, and the phone number goes through to some guys voicemail. When I did manage to "chat" with them, they said "they'd check it with their team" (Pretty sure it's a couple of blokes selling from a van). They never replied, unless I wrote to them several times, then they acted like they were just hearing about it for the first time.
So I finally manage to reach them by phone, and was told they'd call back in “5 minutes “after "speaking to their team". 2 days later, and no phone call. Then the order is cancelled due to "stock issues". They'd held my funds for a month without sending a thing, and wasted a lot of my time.
Funny thing is, they're selling the exact item I bought on their website at an inflated price. They saw a bigger profit and they took it.
Avoid these people at all costs.

Their online presence and physical stores in NSW. VIC and QLD made them more trustworthy and reliable. I have personally checked their eBay, Amazon store and they are top rated seller.
I would recommend them for cheapest deal.
