Our air conditioner was installed on 13th April 2023.
If someone asked, “would I use them again?”, I would say no

Efficient and pleasant tradesmen very easy to work with. Aircon works great. Everything was explained re how to operate etc. cleaned up and removed old unit. Highly recommend and will get another installed by them. Camden sth.
