SkyComm has over a decade of experience providing IT support and technology solutions for businesses and medical practices across Western Australia. Our team has extensive experience supporting GP clinics, specialists, and allied health providers, helping them manage secure, reliable, and compliant IT systems.

Over the years, we have worked with a wide range of healthcare and professional organisations, delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, and VoIP phone systems. This experience allows us to understand the unique operational and security requirements of medical and business environments and provide proactive, reliable IT support.

Many of our clients are on managed IT support agreements with a fixed monthly fee that covers proactive monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing support. This provides predictable costs and ensures systems are maintained proactively.

For businesses that require occasional assistance, we also offer support on an hourly basis for ad-hoc or project work such as system upgrades, new equipment installations, or office relocations.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Our pricing varies depending on the size and needs of each organisation. Managed IT support plans for businesses and medical practices are typically provided on a fixed monthly basis, with pricing starting from approximately $25$50 per user or device per month depending on the level of support and services required.

For clients who require occasional assistance, we also offer ad-hoc IT support billed at an hourly rate. Project work such as new system deployments, network upgrades, or office relocations is quoted individually based on the scope of work.

We aim to provide flexible and transparent pricing so organisations can choose the level of IT support that best suits their operational needs.

We also follow industry best practices when delivering IT services to ensure systems, data, and infrastructure are handled securely and professionally.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

SkyComm aims to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. For most support issues, our team can begin troubleshooting remotely within the same business day, and urgent issues affecting business operations are prioritised immediately.

Many problems can be resolved remotely within a few hours. For issues that require onsite assistance, we aim to provide same-day or next-business-day service depending on location and availability.

For larger projects such as system upgrades, network installations, or clinic setups, timelines are agreed in advance to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Our focus is always on delivering reliable and timely support so our clients can keep their systems running smoothly.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of our favourite projects was helping a busy medical clinic that was struggling with slow systems, unreliable Wi-Fi, and frequent IT issues that were disrupting daily operations. The clinic staff were spending too much time dealing with technology problems instead of focusing on patients.

Our team worked closely with the practice to redesign their network, improve system performance, and implement proactive monitoring and secure backups. Once everything was in place, the clinic experienced significantly improved reliability and far fewer disruptions.
