OMG this sizzler was such a let down for my family. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children. The Food was horrible. The salads were not fresh, the lettuce was black in spots and withered, the fruit was not ripe and the soup had no taste at all... We were served the cheesy bread about 10 minutes after we arrived, which the kids smashed so we asked for another round...We waited nearly 45 mins for the second lot to come and by that time everyone was having dessert. The dessert was ok..
The cutlery and plates could have been cleaned better and at leased dried before it was put out for people to use.
I went into the restroom to find 3 young girls probably about 6 yr old. 2 of them throwing water at each other and one throwing up in one of the cubicles. Whilst we were eating my son in law had water dripping from the air conditioner above where we were sitting and when I looked up the roof was full of mould...The price for the salad bar was about $26 each and was definitely a waste of money.. I hope this was a one off bad night for them because if this is the norm they wont last long. I wont know because our Brisbane family will NEVER go back to this Sizzler...
I am from Townsville and my family and friends regularly attend the sizzler and have never had these issues in our restaurant...

Went today as new advertising for "buy 1 get 1 free" meals for Tuesdays. Bargain price.
Due to it being busier than normal, some items were a little hard to get unless u were there when they came out, but that was to be expected. Overall the staff did quite a good job. I love Sizzler so what better time to go.
Lately I find if u want the mints at end, u have to ask for them. And there is never enough cheese toast, again only need to ask.
This special deal was advertised on Facebook and goes until 23/7, but remember ONLY Tuesdays.

Always clean and the staff are friendly. Lovely place to relax and have an easy meal with family and friends.
wow this store was amazing went for lunch here with my aunty for lunch the food was all very fresh and hot we wernt waiting long for a table and the service was worth the lot thumbs up

As a family we love going here for a quick easy dinner where we can all enjoy ourselves. If you go earlier at around 5:30pm you avoid the rush and standing in line waiting. The salad bar always looks fresh and the food is delicious.

The kids loved the wide variety of foods they could choose from, plus the fact that they could take up their plates and get it for themselves. A great family dinner.

I have never had a bad experiance at this sizzler the food is always looking good and tastes great, now that we have a small child it is a great place to go for a lunch or dinner or even breaky out as it is child friendly and good healthy options we can give our little one.

They have just started great lunch time deals and specials, making it even more affordable . A great $15 steak for lunch. you cant get better choice and price

I love this sizzler. The customer service here is A+. I have never had service like this before. I havent been able to go there for a while now *About 6 Months* But they have been really good to us.
Great place to go for a meal. The staff there are quite friendly. The food there is quite nice also. We have had alot of special event dinners there that has been wonderful. The staff have been very accomodating with our very large numbers
Lovely service and staff are great.. Foods was yummy and served promptly.. CLean and well stocked,,, The line up was short also didnt take long to get seated
The staff are friendly and the food is good, but its not amazing. They have a good variety of food and drinks. The wait can sometimes take awhile and I think the prices are a bit high. It is a nice place to go to with the family when you don't feel like cooking.

Very family friendly and no pressure on buying items from their all you can eat, or a meal to go with it. They do however kind of push you to buy unlimited soft drinks for $3.95 extra though.

Sizzler at Strathpine usually has friendly staff. The main problem is that often the potato skins and other hot items arent always that hot which can be disapointing. However these is a large range of food on the salad bar. It is a shame as a vegan, that most salads they add meat or dairy too instead of having seperate items on the bar that people can add themselves. Cheaps price for a buffet, especially at lunch.
