There has been a number of occasions where I was told that the taxi was five minutes away, I call back half hour later and it five minutes away again. Or first in the queue and nearly forty minutes later I'm first in the queue again . Other than that the drivers are generally good and reliable. It just the call centre that needs to get the stuff together instead of giving completely inaccurate timeframes or facts.
Used them a couple of times when i lived up that way-great service at cheaper prices then in Sydney.they go to point A to point B...there's no in between points like Sydney drivers who take the long way around.
Definitely depends on the driver for these guys. Have had some that are not happy to be at work and the cold silence in deafening, others are happy and chatty and makes the travel so much nicer. The prices are standard taxi prices.
Depending on what time of day or night you use this service can depend on the attitude of the staff. Night time you can occassionally get a nice driver who is happy to chat and ask about your night, but usually they just grouch asking what your address is and telling you how much your fare was. I have also had once experience where the driver was texting on his phone and we asked him to stop. He got very irritated. The taxis are clean and arrive within a reasonable time. Call out fees must be up to the driver though as these vary by up to $2, not much but still not very fare.
These guys are pretty good when it comes to a taxi service. They do what they meant to do, get you from a to b. Some of the drivers are better then others, some are really friendly and dont mind a chat, while others well should have stayed in bed!

singleton taxis are a great value for money taxi service. they also do limos and busses, utes and trucks for the mines. when you ring and order a taxi it only takes about 10 mins for them to come.
Have had to organise quite a few functions for work needing transport between Muswellbrook and Singleton and these people have been conistently obliging and have offerred many helpful suggestions as to way to manage the pick up and dropping off of staff as needed. They keep to the appointed times and are very good after our staff have had a good night out they go out of their way to make the night end on a high note, by providing a very good service.
