Rang the day before was told to bring in the car, the car was looked at the fault cleared when I asked how much I owed I was told not to worry about paying, and to see how the car goes this to me shows an honest man with morals. This was my first time with Sims but if I have to use an auto electrician again this would be my first choice.

Went to these guys because of the reviews here and they lived up to the 5 stars and then some. Tell you the process and how much it will be before they do it. Then they fix it quick smart and at a great price. Very professional and understand great customer service keeps people coming back.

Definite 5 star rating for these guys. I had an issue which I thought was a faulty fuel pump. The tech arrived just over an hour after I called and had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 minutes. My car was back up and running again within 30 minutes of his arrival. Awesome service and very reasonable price.

Went off the rest of the 5 star reviews, and they are spot on. Absolutely nothing to fault, owner is a gentleman who clearly understands how valuable good customer service is. Beyond impressed is putting it mildly.

Great service, called them up they came out and fixed the problem with the smartlock security system , had the car running in 20 minutes , and very good on price as well, would recommend there service to anyone. Thanks heaps guys
