Simetech IT has provided us with our computers for some years now & their back service is excellent. Removing viruses and malware from both our business and home computers when we could not use them was a great help.
They have been very reliable and fast to get
our computers back to working when they have broken down. They have also found issues with our internet connection so we could raise this with Optus. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing computer support. Great to do business with.

My computer failed leaving me with no access to data. Mat was able to make it workable until he was able to purchase a new Laptop and set up a new wireless network, backups and transfer data. The system he has set up for me takes less room is quicker and am no longer tied to a desk. I have had a problem with emails and he was able to fix this by remote access very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending his services as he is highly qualified, efficient and prompt.

I had a computer corruption at our small retail store. The computer wouldn't re-start. I called Matt and got a very swift response by phone. He was able to call in to the store within a couple of hours to troubleshoot the fault. His communication with me was good and he explained the problem at my level of computer literacy. He was unable to resolve the issue on site, but took the computer and fixed it overnight, having replaced a corrupted hard drive. He also set up the computer to protect it from happening again by setting up backup software and schedules. Very good service.
