I have a Lockwood 001 Double Cylinder Deadlatch that was NOT properly installed and was unable to open with the keys when the door was closed.
Phil performed a keyhole surgery to open the lock and minimised the damage to the door. As I still have the old lock cylinder, Phil rekeyed the cylinder to match with the new key and re-installed the whole Deadlatch for me. He worked over an hour and only charged the usual call-out fee and a little extra.
