Service has gone downhill!! Alway been a family favourite for birthday’s but just went for sons 12th bday after waiting over 50 minutes for our food had to go and asked and was told they had system issue and they would start it now!! Seriously after that long, kids cranky so ended up leaving to take an additional 15 minutes trying to get a refund. Bring back all the old staff, they even got the drinks wrong.

1. Provided the wrong drink order.
2. Provided a kids games room with unlabelled, broken equipment meaning we paid a minimum of $5 for useless tokens to be informed we can’t get a refund but can call a mobile number to see if they’ll refund it.
3. While eating a >$100 dinner we were greeted by the resident mouse.

nice local pub to unwind and have a few beers, jds bistro is nicely set out, customer service was exceptional, food was a little bit of a let down. waited over half a hour for the entrees to arrive and when they did they were half cold. main meal was a stuff u which took way to long to be rectified. the food tasted great was just let down by the other areas. have since tried this place again and was slightly improved.
I went here last Friday. I was advised to make a booking, which I did. Glad I did, too. The place was packed. The food was great, and the servings were massive. We got first class service there, we were very impressed. I will most definitely be going there again, as the atmosphere is great. Everything's great.
The atmosphere at Shearers Arms Tavern is great. The meals are scrumptious and excellent value for money and the portion sizes are great. There is a fantastic games room for the kids and once a month they have free family fun days. There is a gaming area, sports bar and bistro so something for everyone.

Classic pub food at its best. This tavern is all about hearty food that leaves you feeling good. The service is very friendly and the food is moderately priced. Great for a catch up with mates or dinner with family and friends.

just moved to the area popped in for a quick friday night drink and ended up staying for hours, cant wait to drop down on a weekend to watch a game of footy from the beer garden. awesome atmosphere!

Went out for dinner on Monday night with friends. (Table of eight)
Ordered beef - Received pork.
Replaced by a soggy well done steak when ordered it to be cooked rare.
When this was bought to the attention of the waitress at the end of the meal (Steak was cut and left on the plate) she gathered the plates and walked off with no apology or explanation.
Simple mistakes made bad by attitude and poor follow through.
I will never eat there again.
I ordered a Scotch Fillet, it was HUGE!!! It was so delicious though that I managed to get through it all! The staff were very friendly and overall, I really enjoyed myself!

The food is always impeccable, the service is fast the value is second to none. The is a kids area for the little ones to play. Face painter for the kids on Friday nights. Lunch specials available everyday. The public bar menu is even cheaper, but still has the same quality of food. Outside play area, equipment and oval for the children to run around on. They will even come and pick you up and make sure you get home safely.
