Serigo Espresso

I tried the seafood risotto for $22 at this busy cafe on York St ..the serving was HUGE! [enough for 2 meals!!]
great service & nice food - only i was eating outside for a meetup & there were plenty of smokers around for me to passively smoke, despite all the 'no smoking' signs, which absolutely RUINED the meal for me .. [which is why i only gave it 2 stars for quality .. food was fine, just the atmosphere of smokers was horrid]
