Send Me a Techie!

I'd been having major problems with my laptop not connected to my broadband and Telstra had advised the problem was with the laptop and not the broadband! I rang round a few local support companies including Geeks2u but settled with Send Me a Techie! as their quote was at least 50% cheaper than all the others and the gentleman I spoke to seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident the problem could be fixed. 1 hour later David (the techie) was at my door! 50 minutes after this he was leaving having fixed a problem that had been driving me crazy for 2 months!! Thanks guys, I cannot recommend you highly enough!
