I had 2 visits from the Security Perth guys to fix a power issue with my cctv system. On both occasions the men were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. My problem was fixed once a new part arrived and overall, the people i dealt with were great to deal with.

Dodgiest firm out there.
More so if you have an issue i ended up taking on legal representation to rectify to AS standards.
Install was a nightmare and NO after sales service from management.
Disgraceful for the price paid over $5000 once they sell you a system they dont want any further to do with you ths shows in the compentesy and integrety as my sysytem was sold with out of date in firmware and software which was pointed out by another more reputal and considerate security firm.
Disgusting, Sales is all they care about and poor installations is all they seem to as you would not expect to half to check every inch of work done
Apart from one installer ( Jaun) the rest are shocking
Warning do your history b4 committing to this company.

Just had John come out and installed a 6 Camera CCTV system to my house.
John was very professional & knowledgeable , the system was installed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Great product no doubt however be careful of their electricians/installers.
I asked Perth Security whether they require a power point for the system before the install and they said not to worry about it. Little did I know, what they meant was that they will pull the plug from my range-hood and use it for the system. I discovered it after we moved in and thought the builder stuffed up the range-hood install. Two costly visits, from the builders and certified electrician, which they concluded that it was installed correctly but the alarm people substituted ours with their requirements. Leaving an empty plug on the ceiling without telling me.
Not happy. New owners beware!
