John seems to know a lot about security. Helpful when I phoned yet I wasn't even a paying customer then. I am looking to upgrade my security camera setup. John was very helpful explaining everything so I could understand. I plan to email him tonight with more details so he knows what i want and expect.
John seemed very nice to deal with over the phone, happy to explain things I was unsure of, or didnt understand. Happy to look at what I have now to see if we can simply modify it for a better result. He sure does appear to know what he is talking about.
