Phoned on the Tuesday morning spoke to Natalie (very professional I might say) she booked me in for late morning same day- Adam arrived on time-got straight into fixing problems- gave price up front which was very reasonable- 1. problem no power to computer, needed new power board thing and new cord- 2. problems with internet explorer-3.microsoft word kept opening up when for no reason when on microsoft outlook emails or on some web pages. 4-problem with network to lap-top- and numerous other things fixed. He also helped me decide on being able to reduce my internet and phone bill with my provider. (which I did). I phoned him the next day with a few questions- he phoned me back and helped me over the phone. Fully recommend him to anyone in need of a computer technician!

Set up new Apple Imax and printer and linked it with existing Imax. Loaded new MYOB software and set up for invoicing as requested.

All in all both Adam & Natalie are very pleasant to work with nothing is to much trouble they just get in and do it.

We were having trouble with our existing Modem/Router/Wireless/VoIP Adapter. It kept losing connectivity and was very frustrating. Despite not being able to give proper technical information to Adam and Natalie as to exactly what was required, they located suitable hardware and came and installed it and re-setup all the wireless devices in the house.

We had been having problems with our home computer being too slow and was also looking for advice on security software and safety for children online. With so many products out there in the market place it can be quite daunting to the complete novice. Adam and Natalie were able to come to our home and help us deal with these issues with the minimum of fuss. Our computer is running a lot faster now that it has been "cleaned up" and some extra ram installed. Further to these issues, we were nearly caught up in an internet scam. Over the phone, Adam was able to talk us through it, subsequentally avoiding our privacy/security being compromised. A few days later, Adam checked in to see if everything was running smoothly. Great service!

I had recent cause to utilise this small business firstly there initial costing was excellent compared to other bigger PC repair companies, the service was quick and the communication was great. I also had follow up xmas card and they were kind enough to come back and do some work for nothing I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were creating our own charity website www.cogsgambia.org and were getting on OK, but there were lots of technical issues we either did not know or could not do very well. Section Technologies were fantastic they organised the domain name, the hosting and worked out ALL the tough bits of our website for us. The website links to PayPal etc, were particularly challenging. We have learned a great deal from Adam and Natalie and they are supporting the on-going development of the website. We are populating the web site with new news and updates on a regular basis and when we need it, can turn to them for support.
