Funk outdoor bar in a shipping container really cool place staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions.
Strange but funky little place to catch some friends for a drink. Really liked the cocktails and atmosphere.
One of Melbourne's classic laneway bars. Perfect in summer, outdoors, with drinks being served from a couple of shipping containers. Prices are reasonable for a city bar. I probably wouldn't recommend this place for winter or rainy days as there is not much cover. For food, check out Shanghai Dumplings next door - they're super cheap and quick to prepare a meal.
Cool little outdoor bar in laneway off Little Bourke st Chinatown. Made up mostly of old wooden pallets for the furniture, a bit artsy really. Only a little place and can get too crowded on the weekend nights. Better in the summer for obvious reasons being an outside bar in Melbourne. Something different than the mainstream pubs and clubs, although I found drink prices a little over the top, but its all really the same in the city of Melbourne.
This bar is located in a lane.. many people walked pass this lane.. This bar is very crowded on weekend. There is quite loud music and many selection of drinks (ciders, beers, mixed drinks, etc). It is one of the great place to hang out with friends and the price of drinks is not that expensive - reasonable.
It is a great little outdoor bar/pub in melbourne's china town. It is outdoors but does have roofing and heaters for winter. In winter they serve great mulled wine, in summer to have a cool long neck while sitting in the shade is great. A unique little place to check out when in melbourne. drink prices are comparable to other bars/pubs. They are also right next door to an amazing and cheap dumpling place!!
