I hope you're happy. My bestfriends birthday is tomorrow night and she had her heart set on having these extensions in for the night. Due to your poor communication, lack of customer service and being absolutely rude she will not be getting them.
2 weeks ago these were ordered, we followed up with you and you Supposably hadn't received the order after numerous times of trying to contact you and no replies until we gave you a bad review did you actually have anything to say. 2 weeks on and still no extension, no money back and no care that you have completely ripped off a customer and ruined a birthday.

Extensions are great, some of the staff are nice. Get over your selves, there's no need to be so rude and 'cool'.

Look great but if you exercise and sweat a lot the tapes fall out. I have been back weekly since having mine put back in.....
