NEVER - this rude and arrogant little man DESTROYED a very very expensive Dress. There is not 1 poor review about the Dress yet he blames the manufacturer. He wanted to charge me for his biased report about blame and responsibility. Unprofessional, discourteous, rude and just STAY AWAY. A designer dress DESTROYED without apology.

I love this dry cleaners! The man working there is always so accommodating and helpful. He is always happy to help and he does a great job with the clothes!
A humiliating and unpleasant experience. I took a doona cover to be laundered. The cost $27.50. When I collected the cover, I was astonished to find it rolled up (not even folded) and stuffed into a plastic bag. I returned the cover to the owner and asked if he had forgotten to iron it. The cover was in a mess of creases. He told me I was completely unreasonable to expect it to be ironed or pressed. He said he NEVER pressed doona covers and did not have the equipment to do so. A very unhappy rude man – extraordinarily defensive and aggressive . He told me that the Dry Cleaner Institute would not care either. Of interest, the Dry Cleaner Institute followed this up with the owner and contacted me. I was told that the price of $27 was the standard price for cleaning a doona cover AND PRESSING IT and that I could return it to Seaview Dry Cleaners to be pressed (NOT LIKELY!)
Do not use this business- if I could give them zero stars I would. They are rude and unreliable. I just collected a relatively new blazer from them which is now a completely different colour and looks 10 years old.. They were unconcerned that they had ruined it, and unwilling to take any responsibility for it. Do not risk taking anything of value to these cleaners.
I regularly pick up dry cleaning for my boss, and these guys are always cracking jokes and being lovely, its nice to deal with good people who do a great job and clearly enjoy the work they do.
I came to this place for the location and I wasn't disappointed.they certainly do a good job better than I expected. will definitely use them again
A good service is provided here. It looks like a one man shop. But my orders have always been ready when I've asked for them. Prices are reasonable. Does a good job with pressing business shirts.
I mostly have my 4 suits cleaned every 2-3 weeks, a wedding dress with wine stains after a function and continious school uniform throughout the year. The service is great and the owner and staff are always friendly.

I would not every go back to this dry cleaners, the owner is a liar and a thief and very rude, they lost my dress and tried to say they never had it even when i had the docket of when i put the dress in there to be cleaned. I WOULD NOT VISIT THIS DRY-CLEANER
That's rather harsh to say love! Maybe go back and see if it's there? I'm sure they would pay you for the dress if you had proof. Just a suggestion.. And by the way, in the English language we say "I would not EVER go back," but better luck next time. I've been going there for 8 years now and haven't experienced anything wrong with the service or owner.
