My wife and I recently embarked on an extensive home renovation. Based on the recommendation from our builder we engaged this company to lay our new floor tiles. This decision was also made on the recommendation that this company also did extensive insurance work. In short the work is appallingly bad - tiles are uneven and the grouting is bad. it significantly detracts from the whole renovation. The bad workmanship effects every single room - kitchen lounge dining family room hallways laundry and bathrooms. They gave us assurances that they would return to repair and despite many attempts to engage them they have made no attempts and is unresponsive. I intend to add photos to this site as examples of their poor workmanship. I rate their workmanship and their integrity to do what they say as zero.
