Outrageous service. I would give zero star. waisted lots of money and time with them. The ipad case has never arrived, after waiting for months and ipad is broken. All the company has to say is that ‘ you cannot get a refund for an opened product’. WTH! Avoid at all cost!

We have been waiting on our order for months. The order was dribbled in piece by piece. One package contained nothing but a ruler. Unable to contact by phone and not answering emails. Very poor Gerry Harvey.

I will never attempt to buy anything from this store again. Woeful customer service. They do not help you, their online ordering platform does not work, and they give you such a big run around it is not worth the effort. If you are trying to purchase electronic equipment for school, go through JB Hi Fi or somewhere more reputable; this place is absolutely hopeless!

Only place in Liverpool region where i can buy my children's school uniforms.great friendly staff that help out.great range of music.instruments.and all school products that your children may need,also have music lessons available in store.
